Join our established company as a sales and marketing professional. We cater to the high-end market in luxury art, home décor, and travel. Ideally, you live in following areas to be able to commute to one of our offices once a week.

Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond areas and can commute to Carnation, Washington

Bozeman/Livingston, Montana

Atlanta, Georgia

We are also open to strong candidates who can work fully remote, and can travel to trade shows for a few days 2/3 times a year.

About Us: We are a specialty luxury travel company and fine art retailer, focusing on AFRICA, community, culture, and conservation. Our unique travel experiences follow the "Journeys of an Artist," providing top wildlife experiences. This role will involve working closely with the Africa travel team and participating in high-level business operations.

Position Summary: As a Sales and Development Specialist, you will promote and sell luxury travel services to individuals, families, corporate, institutional, and NGO clients. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing client satisfaction and expanding our high net worth clientele. This position is ideal for a master multitasker with exceptional organizational skills and a positive professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee marketing campaigns with strong visual content for the website and social media.

Assist with digital and print marketing materials for current and prospective clients.

Prospect for new business and acquire new markets.

Work with the existing team to understand and exceed clients' travel specifications and expectations.

Develop new leads and follow up on all sales leads.

Build travel partnerships domestically and internationally, focusing on Africa and expanding to South America, India, Southeast Asia, and the Greater Yellowstone region.

Foster close relationships between the travel company’s conservation partners.

Organize "Safaris with a Purpose," offering clients special opportunities to engage in fieldwork and meet conservation leaders.

Establish and maintain a network of contacts to ensure a steady flow of clients.

Participate in trade shows and museum tours as a company representative.

Implement product development initiatives and lead projects to completion.

Understand current product offerings, pricing, and unique brand stories.

Refine product offerings based on key partnership requirements and customer feedback.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field preferred.

5+ years of experience in a luxury sales/retail environment.

Strong multitasking ability and confidence to raise concerns and convey ideas.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, well-organized, and reliable.

Real life experience in travel and tourism.

Excellent understanding of sales processes, handling objections, closing business, and sales methods.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Genuine interest and passion for future development and longevity with the company.

Familiar with ASANA, Hubspot and Google Drive, and able to keep information in those programs organized and updated. If you do not have experience in Asana in Hubspot, be adaptable to learn.

Sales and Development Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of a guest’s tour, from initial inquiry to post-tour follow-up.

Focus on developing the USA and UK markets.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products through training and self-study.

Participate in educational trips to destinations forming part of the company’s product.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Provide class-leading client service and achieve high guest satisfaction.

Handle enquiries, plan itineraries, and convert them into sales.

Ensure pre-travel documentation is detailed, accurate, and of high standard.

Calculate costs and invoicing with accuracy.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Assist with marketing, website content, and other tasks as needed.

Assisting building our travel brand and uphold company ethos.

Maintain attention to detail and establish systems to achieve this.

Build endearing relationships with guests and suppliers.

Regularly report to the COO on all aspects of your work.
