Sales Associate (Lynnwood)
DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Sales Associate for an electronic assembly company. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding that company revenue goals. The Sales Associate will generate and follow-up on all leads and visit potential customer's companies to provide bids and close sales.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving or exceeding sales goals
Driving growth and improved customer service and sales to potential new customers
Utilizing effective selling skills and product knowledge to perform and close bids with potential customers
In addition to significant career growth opportunities, part-time employees enjoy a competitive commission pay, averaging $30,000 and more, depending on individual performance.
The company may set a base salary as well.

REQUIREMENTS
Sales Professional with experience
Electronic and Cable assembly and Wire Harness sales experience a plus
Minimum of a High School Diploma, some college preferred
Process and detail oriented
Results-driven and self-motivated
Ability to build trust and credibility
High energy and proactive
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Highly organized and able to work with minimal to no supervision
Professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Team player who works closely with company operation manager
Be able to work under ISO 9001:2015
