Position: Sales Operations Manager

Department: Sales - Sales Operations

Location: Seattle, WA (Remote, open to U.S.)

Reports to: Senior Sales Strategy Manager

Contract End Date: March 1, 2022

Position Summary: The Sales Operations Manager supports overall strategic and operational cadence for the Strategic and Emerging Business sales organization. The role will primarily be focused on activities related to sales team productivity and managing operational programs. This position will exercise a high level of teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, flexibility, good judgment and attention to detail. Projects and tasks range from managing program timelines, documenting and improving current workflow processes, proactively informing stakeholders of work progress and actively participating in the annual planning process.

Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Actively manage, drive, or execute project plans
  • Build executive presentations, crafting key messages for senior executives
  • Supporting the rhythm of the business
    • Calendar invites
    • Project tracking and updates
    • Communications
    • Take ownership of of Quarterly and Monthly Business Updates to Executive Leadership
  • Manage the weekly operations for the team including validating data, ensuring accuracy across our systems and work with other teams to resolve issues as identified.
  • Collaborate with the global team to improve or define processes that promote efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively interact with Sales and stakeholders to continuously find ways to improve processes that will increase customer satisfaction and maximize potential growth.
  • Deliver actionable insights and make recommendations to business leaders to enhance the performance of the organization aligned to the FY22 plan
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • A Strong Communicator. You have strong communication skills, both verbally and written
  • You have experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Management Consulting or Business Operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Tableau, GSuite required
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Detail-orientated with excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing presentations
