Job Title: Sales Mobile Home Park Septic Services

Compensation

Base Salary: $65,000 annually + Commission: Performance-based incentive plan

Position Summary

A Advanced Septic and Construction Services is hiring a Septic Services Sales Representative in Auburn, WA. We’re looking for a motivated professional with sales experience who’s ready to move into a customer-focused role serving mobile home parks and surrounding communities.

Septic system knowledge is required.

Key Responsibilities

Perform site walks, inspections, and crawl space evaluations of septic systems

Prepare accurate estimates and clearly explain solutions to customers

Prospect new business through cold calls, door-to-door outreach, and lead follow-up

Build and maintain strong relationships with park managers, homeowners, and community partners

Represent the company at events and educate customers on maintenance plans and service options

Collaborate with field technicians and office staff to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Knowledge of septic system components and service needs

Comfortable in crawl spaces and outdoor conditions

Valid WA driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (for insurance purposes)

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

Safely enter and work in confined crawl spaces under homes and mobile homes

Lift and carry 59 lbs. or more

Walk, sit, stand, bend, stoop, and crawl during inspections and service evaluations

Preferred Skills & Certifications (Not Required but a Plus)

Experience working with mobile home parks or property managers

Confined Space Entry Certification or relevant training

Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools

ServiceTitan experience
