Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term relationships with clients in the drayage trucking, 3PL, and transloading warehouse sectors. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in drayage trucking, 3PL, and transloading warehouse services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in drayage trucking, 3PL, or transloading warehouse services.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
