We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized sales representative to join our team in a long-term established company that has been meeting the needs of truckers across the nation for over 30 years. In this position, you will play a key role in sharing information about our company and membership services.
Sales representative will be trained to explain membership programs to incoming callers. Position requires punctuality and consistent attendance. Position is scheduled for 5 hours per day (no nights), 5 days per week (no weekends), but up to 29 hours and flexible to a degree. Can potentially become a full-time position, based off of work performance. Must pass background check. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell membership programs to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Ability to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude
Maintain a good relationship with existing customer base through check-up calls, or follow-up emails.
Must be heavily involved in pursuing trucking companies and motivated to help grow our business into new territories
Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
Create sales packets to present to customers
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
