Are you a motivated, phone-savvy professional with strong computer skills? We’re looking for an Independent Sales Associate to join our real estate team on a temporary basis this January! You will receive training and the best scripts that will unlock conversations.
Job Details:
Start Date: January 8
Schedule: 2 days a week, 4 to 8 hours per day (there are flexible scheduling options)
Location: Work from our office in Capitol Hill
Duration: Temporary role for January, with the potential for additional months
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to identify potential leads.
Update and maintain client information in our CRM system.
Debrief after each shift.
Prepare mail merge for direct marketing programs
Some personal assistant tasks
Qualifications:
Strong phone communication skills: Confident and professional tone, ability to build rapport.
Computer-savvy: Comfortable with CRM tool and data entry.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or real estate prospecting is a plus.
Compensation:
Hourly pay (competitive, based on experience).
