Haselwood Auto Group is adding Vehicle Purchasing Coordinators to our Internet Acquisition, Instant Cash Offer (ICO) Department and we're looking for customer service minded candidates to fill these positions. This position will be the point of contact for customers who are inquiring and/or wanting to sell their used vehicle.
They contact customers and respond to instant cash offer leads for used vehicle purchases. They set-up appointments, conduct meetings and perform vehicle appraisals; process paperwork and documentation to complete the vehicle purchase transactions for at least 20 units per month, directs customers to product information resources, assists customer in selling their vehicles, handles all ICO purchases inquiries personally, coordinates promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising, maintains relationship with previous customers, researches auto-buying services on the Internet and acts as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote it's site r advertise. Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile purchases. Works closely with accounting team to ensure all purchases are processed properly.
These positions require
High School graduation or equivalent
One (1) year of retail sales, clerical or related experience.
Intermediate Computer experience with MS Office.
Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver’s license for more than 3 years.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in multi-faceted, high pace, environment.
Ability to be independent and self-driven.
