We're on the lookout for a Collectibles Expert to join our team. Your mission: to source, negotiate, and acquire new inventory while managing our existing collections with precision and care.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
An individual who:
Expert level knowledge in one or more collectible categories.
2-4 years of experience in the collectibles industry — not just fans.
Exhibits strong negotiation skills and a discerning eye for valuable finds.
Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities, pays close attention to detail, and has the ability to manage both incoming and current inventory.
Is prepared to actively participate in our on-site operations in Burien, Washington, contributing to significant growth in the collectibles market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement Scout and secure new collectibles, engaging with sellers and negotiating purchases to expand our inventory.
Inventory Management Maintain an orderly and accessible collection, ensuring each item is prepared for its journey to a new owner.
Vendor Relations Cultivate relationships with vendors and collectors, securing the best finds for our community.
Operational Support Assist with order fulfillment and other on-site tasks to ensure smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
A genuine passion for and knowledge of the collectibles market.
Proven ability in negotiation and inventory management.
Obsessed with details, exceptional in organization.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the ecommerce and collectibles industry.

This position is based in Burien, Washington, where you'll be an integral part of our on-site team, contributing to the heart of our operations.
COMPENSATION
$50,000.00 annually + OTE (On-Target-Earnings)
