About the Product Support & Services Department
WSIPC Product Support & Services (PSS) is passionate about service. Our client's success is our focus. About the Position
WSIPC is seeking a dedicated data validation coordinator who is passionate about serving others. In this role you will collaborate with the Qmlativ Migration Program Manager, product teams within the Product Support & Services department, and with various project teams to support our migration initiative. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate the validation of migrated data for the Data Validation Team. This role also performs data validation, evaluates results, and communicates with project teams to ensure the success of each district through their data migration process.
Ideal Candidate Traits & Qualifications
Proven track record of managing and validating large datasets, with a focus on accuracy and integrity. Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures used to maintain data integrity.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate the efforts of a data validation team, ensuring alignment with project timeline and objectives.
Aptitude for investigating data discrepancies, providing solutions, and understanding the systems involved
Ability to design and prepare comprehensive data quality and risk assessment reports for various stakeholders
Superb analytical ability: research, investigate, analyze, reconcile, and evaluate data
A self-starter who is inquisitive, resourceful, a critical thinker, and detail oriented
Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and processes effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent Interpersonal Skills: active listening, situational awareness, engaged, accountable, persuasive, encouraging, and diplomatic with conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with product teams and on project teams, particularly in a migration context
Ability to effectively manage, prioritize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
Adaptable to changing priorities and needs
Familiarity with K-12 business operations
Data migration experience in the Skyward software platform
