MINT hair salon has a chair available for lease! MINT has a low turnover so this is a rare chair opening.
MINT is a leasing salon but likes to work as a team and collaborate together. This creates a friendly, non competitive environment. We have an upbeat, experienced and great team to work with in Ballard. Fun co-workers, and friends outside of the salon too.
MINT offers hands on/crafty experiences together as a group outside of the salon, as well as continuing education 2-4 times a year. Mint offers a sliding scale commission on retail products sold.
MINT has a large clientele, and a steady stream of new clients that will fill your books, plenty of opportunity to build a strong clientele.

- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices in the salon industry
