Mercer Island's premier boutique Reformer & Fitness studio is actively hiring for an experienced (preferably certified) Pilates instructor. We are looking for a tenured instructor who is passionate about serving their clients, empowering their practice and supporting their movement journey. We are a positive minded team with a great client community conveniently located right between Seattle and Bellevue.

We serve a wide variety of clients of all ages, orientations, abilities and shapes. Preferred Schedule:
Currently our immediate need is for Monday Mornings (8:30 - 11:30a); Tuesday & Thursday late afternoon's - early evenings (4:30 - 6:30p) and Sunday mornings (10 - 12p).
Responsibilities include:
-Creatively teach private, semi-private and group classes, offering modifications and varying degrees of challenge where needed in the traditional method
-Create relationships with clients, understand their goals and help them commit to their practice by promoting the right packages/membership for them
-Assist with membership sales and client check ins / questions
-Attend quarterly staff workshops / team building
-Clean and inspect equipment prior to & post each class to ensure safety
Experience Required:
-Completion of advanced Reformer Pilates (450 hours training minimum). Certification preferred. If you are in the process of teacher training - we still encourage you to apply!
-Preferably 3 - 5 years of in-studio group and private instruction experience. If you have 1 - 2 years of experience we still encourage you to apply!
-Energetic and positive teaching style with a desire to create connections with clients
-Capable of applying traditional, contemporary & athletic approach to classical techniques
-Professional attitude, punctual and team focused mentality
- Prefer the ability to work a mix of morning, evenings and weekends + willingness to sub as necessary
-Experience with club management software and/or the ability to learn new systems
-CPR certified
