Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking a talented stylist who values excellence, consistency, and career growth within a high-end, service-forward environment. You’ll thrive here if you have:
A valid Washington State cosmetology license
2+ years of in-salon experience
Advanced skills in color, cutting, and/or extensions
A polished, professional presence and elevated guest care standards
A growth mindset and interest in team collaboration
Bonus: familiarity with the Summit Salon structure (not required)
