Job Description:
Our ohana is seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Concierge. This part-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a wellness-focused environment and enjoys interacting with people of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to stand and move comfortably on your feet for more than 8 hours a day.
- Perform cleaning and janitorial tasks to maintain the studio’s cleanliness and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, offering excellent customer service.
- Handle retail tasks, including processing transactions and managing inventory.
- Proficient in reading, typing, and using mobile applications for scheduling and communication.
- Comfortably work with both adult and child clients in a yoga/fitness setting.
- Assist with events, including children’s birthday parties and other studio-hosted activities.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
- Comfortable and proficient with cleaning and janitorial tasks.
- Strong ability to interact with clients of all ages.
- Experience in handling transactions
- Honest and reliable, with a commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive studio environment.
- Comfortable working with children, especially in event settings like birthday parties.
