Seeking a People person for high end hair salon front desk. 40 hours/week - 4/10s - Full Time.
Hourly to Salary plus retail commissions.
Start $22-25 Up to $30/ hr (DOE) for full time reception /manager position. Benefits include Regence HSA plan and after 6 months 401k with company matching.
This is a front facing job that is 90% customer first point of contact.
Applicant must have :
-Computer and Phone skills- willingness to learn and/or experience with scheduling software.
-Excellent organizational skills. -Maintaining communication around schedules, waitlists, placing and tracking orders. etc.
-Expressive personal style- hair, makeup, clothing - you get to have fun!
-Creativity a plus- writing salon staff updates and occasional email marketing, working with our social media manager to create content, creating quarterly retail promotions.
-Polite & efficient phone skills. -Confidence in making calls and interacting with customers.
-Finishing sale to check out and rebook customers.
-Ability to write concisely with correct grammar and punctuation.
-Handle light tidying duties and laundry.
-Excellent sales skills an interest in hair products and providing recommendations on products - Commission on products.
-Communication skills with coworkers
regarding clients and scheduling.
-Managing tasks to other customer services staff.
-Working with owner and business coach to review sales reports and gauge performance of staff and salon as a whole.
We will provide online training for booking software Phorest
Online training on product knowledge in high end hair care lines- Kevin Murphy, Davines, JVN, Olaplex, K-18.
Inventory and ordering supplies and retail products.
Creating and promoting quarterly retail promotions.
