EVOLVE is a thriving organic salon, gallery, and boutique located in the vibrant Roosevelt/Greenlake neighborhood, just north of the University District.
We’re overflowing with clients and looking for a talented stylist to join our team.

Compensation & Hours
- $20/hour minimum to start + retail commission (or 50% commission, whichever is higher)
- 25–40 hours/week, with some weekends required flexible schedule available
Ideal Candidate
- Current WA Cosmetology License
- 2+ years of salon experience
- Passion for hair artistry + interest in organic / sustainable beauty
- Service-oriented with strong communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated, team player, eager to keep learning
- Comfortable with booking software (Vagaro experience a plus)
- Bonus: Advanced hair/organic education, waxing skills
- What You’ll Do
- Cut, style, and color (advanced + standard techniques)
- Welcome clients, answer phones, and manage bookings
- Recommend and sell retail products
- (Optional) Facial waxing services
- Participate in quarterly meetings, promotions, and events
- Commit to continuing education
