Your Role:
Deliver exceptional massage and body treatments following professional standards and spa protocols.
Foster a nurturing and relaxing atmosphere to ensure every client leaves feeling cared for.
Promote spa offerings, retail products, and exclusive community specials.
Keep treatment spaces clean, sanitized, and fully stocked for seamless service.
Support spa events and activities to further engage with the community.
What We’re Looking For:
A valid Washington State Massage Therapy License (required).
Liability insurance.
CPR/AED certification (within 20 days of hire).
Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to support new therapists eager to grow their practice!
Compensation and Employment Options:
This is a commission-based position offering a 60% commission rate. Candidates have the flexibility to choose between being an employee of HOAMCO or working as an independent contractor, depending on what best fits their needs and career goals.
