Our most sold products are 90-min sessions
Our treatments focus on Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Stretch therapy, Trigger Point and Relaxation techniques.
Located in Downtown Seattle and First Hill, the majority of our clients are folks going through treatment at the hospitals in the area, the tech industry, many of them also athletes
FlowState's mission as a clinic and therapists, is to lead from a place of kindness and with emphasis on educating the public and clients (within our scope of practice), about the importance of sustainable long-term self-care habits.
FULL TIME THERAPIST ROLE
Ability to self manage
Conduct full intake or check in with client before every session
Understand clinic’s procedures and guidelines
Provide exceptional massage therapy
Educate clients before, during and after session
Follow up with clients over the company's internal messaging system for customer engagement.
Therapist compensation:
Employee compensation
$60-70/hr based on role, availability, experience
Contractor compensation
$70-80/hr
Schedule
Wed-Sun Wed-Sun 1pm-7pm. 1hr break
Qualifications
1yr experience
Massage therapy license
Organizational skills
Strong advertising proficiency
Open to new graduates
New graduates pay based on skill
Additional requirements:
Malpractice insurance
Employees benefits
52 (non-hands on pay rate) hours of sick leave per year
$200 yr continuing education credits
