You will be required to carry liability insurance (easy to get).
There is an established, built-in clientele in the community of 200(+). You are also welcome to bring outside clients into the salon.
Possibility to take over shop in 3-5 years.
Rent per month is $100.00 (one day a week) or $200.00 (two days a week).
As a slow, just coming out of an eighteen year break from doing hair, stylist I am currently averaging $240 for a 7 hour shift (mostly cuts and styles). There is opportunity to make a lot more money, especially if you bring in your own clients.
