Salon Manager – Join Our Team!
We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Salon Manager to lead our newly remodeled salon in a great community. We’re happy to train the right candidate, whether you have prior experience or are looking to take the next step in your career.
We offer a guaranteed base wage of $24 - $26.50 per hour, plus commission, product bonuses, and manager incentives. Our team also enjoys excellent tips and benefits, including health and dental insurance, a matching 401(k), and a supportive, positive work environment. Plus, we’re offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for the right candidate!
As the Salon Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the salon, manage a talented team of stylists, ensure top-notch customer service, handle scheduling, inventory, and help drive sales and retail goals. We’re looking for someone with great leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a strong work ethic. Previous salon or management experience is helpful, but not required.
