Salon Merite (2315 East John Street) in the beautiful and affluent Madison Valley neighborhood has an amazing opportunity for Salon professionals!
We are looking for commission hair stylist professionals that are kind, hard working, organized, enthusiastic about their craft, creative, and work well with others. Bonus points if you are experienced in a variety of hair textures as inclusion is very important to our salon.
Our intimate salon has 4 chairs, one shampoo station, a color mixing station and a bathroom. Gorgeous natural light & plant-filled space with skylights and a yummy coffee shop next door.
We work with the Davines color line and with Shu Uemura and Cult + King products.
COMMISSION
Starting at 45% commission on services plus tips
10% commission on retail sales
All backbar and supplies provided
Employee product and service discounts
No tax headaches
Only need to bring your shears/ clippers
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Current WA cosmetology license
Strong technical and client care skills
Polished, reliable, and growth-minded
We currently do not get a ton of walk-ins, so having some clientele is best.
