Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled Cosmetologist to come join us. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various beauty services and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. The owner's books are full and we would prefer someone to have their own clients but also a desire to grow. Skills in color or a desire to learn is a must.
Who we are:
We are located in the busy West Seattle Alaska Junction - celebrating our grand opening just last week. LGBTQ+ and woman owned. Salon owner has over a decade of experience in West Seattle specializing in curls and balayage. Boutique vibes. We believe in holistic hair care and gender-less services.
Job Types:
Stylist, full-time or part-time. Cosmetology License Required (Booth rent is also available for the right candidate at $60/day - we offer commission pay with monthly education and room to grow your skills and clientele.)
Pay Rate:
- Commission (starting at 50% DOE)

Required Skills:
-Proficient in cosmetology techniques and current trends
-Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional client experience
-Reliability and able to manage a busy schedule
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment
Schedule:
-Mornings or afternoons
-25 – 40 per week
-Flexible "write-your-own" schedule
