Ritual Massage and Bodywork is seeking an additional Licensed Massage Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team!

We work hand in hand with a Naturopathic Doctor, Acupuncturist and Master Esthetician and quite frequently refer to one another as we help manage our clients needs.
We are looking for a magnetic LMT with energy, kindness, and a positive attitude. We have regular clients who need your care! These clients' needs vary from deep-tissue post-injury rehabilitation massage treatments to more gentle and energetic work. The LMT we are looking for is dynamic, enjoys working in a team environment, and is passionate about making a difference in people's lives!
Therapist Responsibilities
Performs quality and professional massage - specifically Deep-Tissue
Stays curious and has continued their education in any but not limited to modalities such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, pregnancy massage, sports massage, Somatics or any other modality of choice.
Designs specific session based on individual needs
Ability to design treatment plans for continued care
Efficient check out and rebooking as well as post massage care
Creates excellent guest experience through clear and compassionate communication
Assists in basic cleanliness duties

Compensation, Pay and Benefits
We are looking to hire a full-time independent contractor
We pay between $44 - $58 per service depending on the service, plus tip
You will receive 10% commission of all retail
200annually toward continuing education
Trades are available between all team members

Pay: $44 - $58 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
