We are a computer repair company seeking a sharp, organized computer technician for shop and onsite service. Position is full time. Ability to work Saturdays, and possible after-hours emergency service on short notice. Laptop repair skills and strong networking knowledge required. Expert diagnosis of hardware/software errors. Ability to work well with others and with customers is necessary. Quality note taking, documentation of work done and being comfortable with quoting time and estimates to company standards are also required.
Must be able to think critically and troubleshoot to a complete resolution. Relevant work experience necessary. Applicant must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and maintain valid car insurance. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; a strong technical foundation and an aptitude for learning new technical skills on the fly will greatly assist in this position.
