Robert Half is looking for a Fiserv DNA Systems Analyst for a credit union client! This is a 100% REMOTE position, working in Pacific Standard Time Zone.
Duration: 1 year contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday working Pacific Standard Time Zone (8-5pm)
Job Responsibilities:
Analyzes user requirements for DNA process improvements and implements changes and workflows to meet those requirements.
Configures, analyzes, and oversees implementation of DNA applications, with focus on process improvement, improving end user experience, and compliance. Follows established change management procedures and guidelines, as needed.
Utilizes custom SQL queries to extract required data for various processes.
Analyzes and understands the abilities and limitations of DNA transactional and reporting systems to provide insight and recommendations toward problem resolution and gaining efficiencies.
Recommends, schedules, and configures DNA software improvements and upgrades. Plans and implements changes to DNA while minimizing negative impact on users.
Analyzes user requirements for new products, forms, queries, and data extraction in DNA Core. Creates forms, queries, and data extracts per user requirements for both ongoing and one-time use.
All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
At least 5-years of experience in similar positions.
Experience with Fiserv DNA(Troubleshooting system issues and accounts).
Generating reports using Microsoft SQL Management Studio.
Experience in Oracle Database.
Proficient using Microsoft Office products.
Comfortable working in a team environment.
Communicates well with technical and non-technical users.
The starting pay rate for this role is $48/hourly. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
