Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various workstations, servers, firewalls, and hardware. We are an IT management company that is responsible for small business clients.
Duties
Perform on-site service calls and remote support
Install and maintain desktops, workstations, and servers
Set up and update Sonicwall firewalls
Set up and manage Office 365 accounts
Set up and troubleshoot hardware
Maintain server backups and perform restores
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and other relevant equipment
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs
Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Work in a team environment in-house and at client off-site locations
Backup to shop tech and answer telephones when in the office
Qualifications
Proven experience as a service technician with 3-years full time experience
Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and servers
Solid understanding of networking, TCP/IP, and cabling
Familiarity with Macs is helpful
Ability to work independently in the field while managing time efficiently
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers
Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Not all skills required, as we will provide some training
