Are you a tech enthusiast with a knack for establishing devices and linking them to strong network connections? As our Technology Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in seamlessly integrating and managing these advanced security devices within the existing network infrastructure. You’ll ensure the devices have a strong connection to the network, been named and managed properly, and are actively working throughout the lifetime of the project. Join our team and help play an integral role in combating retail theft!
Work, manage, and supervise small to medium-scale projects through all phases.
Act as liaison between all stakeholders.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation available to get to work locations on time is essential.
Strong computer skills (including Excel, Word, and Outlook are required) and must be comfortable with Smart phone devices.
The ability to follow instructions and diagrams
5+ years of experience managing field operations onsite for retail services companies.
3-5 years of experience with network, routers, modems, and device security.
The ability to use hand tools and most power tools is necessary. Must own basic hand tools and some power tools.
Great written and oral communication skills—people skills are critical. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and across functional teams.
Transmit reports on project progress, evaluations, hours, and any issues.
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and execute with limited or no supervision.
Possesses exceptional time-management skills, assuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

This position is Variable Full Time Hours. Projects can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume. Overtime will be available on designated projects.
