Media Manager (Experienced Videographer) Needed!

Location: Greater Seattle Area

Job Type: Part-Time / Contract

Compensation: $120 per film session (2-3 hour shoot)

We are a Social Media Video Content Agency that is dedicated to crafting engaging, professional video content that resonates with audiences and drives results. We specialize in supporting entrepreneurs, business owners, and creators—particularly those who may be camera-shy or overwhelmed by the content creation process.

Our mission is to enhance our clients' brand presence on social media, build trust, and establish authority through high-quality video content. As a dynamic team, we are expanding and looking for a talented Media Manager to join our efforts in making an impact through visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

Conduct 1-3 minimum film sessions per month (a potential to increase!), capturing both long-form and short-form content.

You will only be filming the project and then submitting the RAW footage. No video editing skills required.

Collaborate closely with clients across various industries to meet their content objectives.

Manage on-location shoots scheduled primarily between 10 AM and 4 PM from Monday to Friday.

Travel for the majority of the projects range from Puyallup/Tacoma to Everett, ensuring broad coverage and diverse settings.

Occasionally meet with our clients virtually for “virtual filming calls” (training will be provided)

Participate in virtual or in-person team meetings, typically held one Saturday per month.

Occasionally participate in virtual “planning meetings” with the CEO.

Requirements:

A passion for storytelling and a creative eye for capturing engaging visual content.

Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio of past work.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube and Instagram.

Preferably experienced with Sony camera equipment, though not mandatory.

Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and Slack is highly advantageous.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Ability to be flexible and can handle changes without hesitation.

Comfortable to be able to work with an array of personality types

Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Dependable vehicle for transportation.
