Position Overview:
As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical equipment in residential settings. We value quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards, and we're looking for someone who shares these values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings, including rewires, panel swaps, service upgrades, and service calls.
- Perform electrical inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to all Federal, State, Municipal electrical codes.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Auto insurance.
- ID, Social Security, and/or verifiable identification.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of residential code and both line voltage and low voltage systems.
