Job Opportunity: Apartment Building Cleaners Needed
Reliable apartment residential cleaner wanted for growing cleaning business. We are licensed and insured. All apartment buildings are in Seattle.
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining clean and welcoming environments? We are seeking dedicated and reliable cleaners to join our team for routine cleaning services of apartment building common areas and unit turn cleans for apartment units.
Responsibilities:
Perform monthly routine cleaning of common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms.
Conduct unit turn cleans to prepare apartments for new residents.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
Reliable transportation to and around Seattle.
Cleaning equipment.
