Description
The Service Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community in accordance with Shea Properties standards, policies and procedures. The Service Technician performs carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, appliance and other general and preventative maintenance repairs. The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hour. The Service Technician is also eligible to participate in the maintenance program, sign-on bonus and the annual discretionary bonus plan. Effective oral and written communication skills.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Operate hand tools.
Knowledge of Safety procedures.
Basic computer skills and be able to create and close out work orders preferred.
