Job Responsibilities:
Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Safely handle, load, and unload appliances for storage and delivery.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for optimal efficiency.
- Inspect incoming appliances for damage or defects.
- Operate forklifts or other equipment to move heavy items (training provided).
Technical Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, and ovens.
- Test repaired appliances to ensure they meet operational and safety standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Installation Responsibilities:
- Deliver and professionally install appliances at customer locations.
- Ensure proper connections for electrical, gas, and water lines.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and address customer questions about operation and care.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appliance repair and installation (required).
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in a warehouse environment (preferred, training provided).
