Position Summary
The Plumber/Plumbing Technician will perform installations, repairs, and diagnostics across a variety of residential and commercial job sites. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the professionalism to represent Moen Plumbing on every project.
Key Responsibilities
Perform plumbing installations for custom homes, remodels, and home additions
Provide residential and commercial service work, including repairs and troubleshooting
Install and repair piping, fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide accurate, efficient solutions
Ensure all work meets plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
Maintain accurate work documentation and communication with the office and customers
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications
1–3+ years of professional plumbing experience preferred
(Motivated apprentices may also be considered)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Professional communication skills and customer service focus
Plumbing license
