What you bring:
-Positive attitude, safety focused for yourself and others, Growth mindset oriented.
-Passion for learning about trees, and the tree care industry
-Easy going attitude, someone who goes with the flow
-Experience climbing during in tree removals and trimming (minimum 1 year)
-Have a valid WA State drivers license, and good driving record.
-18 years or Older
-Good at driving and backing up large truck with trailer (chip truck, and chippers)
-Can drive a manual transmission (huge plus but can be trained)
-Experience running excavators or skid steers is a plus but can be trained.
-Understanding of climbing and rigging systems
-Experienced sawyer: can safely run, and sharpen, and maintain a chainsaw.
