We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented sewer to help create high-quality preemie garments from home. Using your own sewing equipment, you will sew pre-cut pieces into finished items following our patterns and quality standards. A lot of the items will be accessories, like hats, mittens and such. The quantity of work will be determined by your experience and abilities.
Responsibilities:
-Sew garments with precision and consistency
-Follow provided patterns and construction instructions
-Inspect each piece for quality before returning
-Meet production timelines and communicate as needed
Requirements:
-Strong garment-sewing skills
-Reliable sewing equipment (serger/straight stitch)
-Ability to work with small, delicate pieces
-Attention to detail and dependable communication

We can either mail the items back and forth, or if you live close to Gig Harbor and can drop/off and pick/up that would be the easiest. We just request things be done in a timely manner, and communication is the key.
