Car Mechanic Seattle is looking for a talented and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team!
We are looking for a skilled technician to maintain and repair vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle for damage or missing parts and complete repairs as needed
- Identify and diagnose issues (e.g. broken lights, fuel lines, electrical wires, etc.)
- Repair or replace broken parts and install new ones if needed
- Inspect vehicle again and recommend changes for the future. This includes adding new parts, removing old ones etc.
- Keep logs on repairs and maintain vehicle inventory
- Provide excellent customer service
Experience
- Proven experience as auto mechanic or tire technician
- Ability to work with various tools and heavy equipment, as well as with hand tools (e.g. pliers)
- Experience in vehicle maintenance or repair
- Good knowledge of car engine mechanics and electrical systems
- Good physical condition and strength with regular movement for the next 3-6 months after training period is over.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
