We do not consider ourselves a construction company. Rather we are a healthcare company, that does construction. With that comes a unique compensation structure. We provide a vehicle for you to perform your work in, either a Promaster or a Transit. We cover fuel expense to and from our warehouse to the jobsite. We pay for your windshield time, no more sitting in our Seattle traffic on your time and dime. We provide all tools and disposables needed for you to complete your work. We are looking to hire a highly qualified independent worker at between $40 and $45 an hour.
Need to have considerable experience in all facets of bathroom remodeling, and be able to work through all phases independently, efficiently, and with a high level of attention to detail. Specifically, must be able to complete demolition, shower pocket preparation, and working alongside plumbers and electricians. Must have experience with Schluter, Wedi, and other modular fiberglass shower systems as well. Tile laying ability a huge plus. Showers and bathtubs present a huge fall risk for our aging community, so we do a lot of work around tubs and showers. We're looking for a high quality, high character individual to lead our bathroom remodel work, and eventually our entire bathroom team. Ideally this person would live in the Lake Stevens, Arlington, Granite Falls, Marysville, Snohomish area. If this is you, we'd love to hear from you.
