BIKE MECHANIC NEEDED
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Bothell Ski and Bike is currently seeking a reliable and dependable bicycle mechanic, for a full time position at our shop in Kenmore, Washington (located right off of the Burke-Gilman bike trail and just 20 minutes north of Seattle). As a mechanic in our shop, you will be involved in all facets of problem diagnoses and repair on many types of bikes ranging from comfort to high end racing. Additionally, you will build new bikes as needed. Last, you will interact with the customer daily to listen to their concerns and to then deliver the finished product.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous related work experience and/or mechanical aptitude is preferred. You must have a strong employment history, motivation to work hard, the ability exercise sound judgment, and have polished written and verbal communication skills. Previous customer service experience is a plus. You must also be a team player. It's a plus if you are an enthusiast of sports and the outdoors.
