Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our range of cannabis products. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions while ensuring compliance with all regulations in a retail environment. We offer a higher standard of service and employee benefits than any other dispensary. We don't require previous I-502 experience or any background in related fields, but it is helpful. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, as well as a positive attitude and an interest in learning more about cannabis strains and products. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
Educate customers about various strains, effects, and consumption methods to enhance their experience.
Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring that inventory levels are monitored and replenished as needed.
Utilize POS systems for processing sales and managing inventory efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the retail space.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
Previous experience in retail sales or cash handling is preferred.
Basic math skills to accurately process transactions and manage inventory.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
A genuine interest in cannabis products and willingness to learn about new offerings is essential.
