Building and Roof Inspector/Quality Inspector/Quality Control
This is a full-time, in-office position with benefits. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Bellevue, Washington. While the job duties require your own means of transportation to/from a specific project, this position is not eligible for remote or a work-from-home schedule.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary depending on your experience, at a range of $60k - $80k annually.
REQUIRED AND DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Please have previous and verifiable experience in roofing and/or quality control and inspection in the construction industry. A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required. You will be asked to provide references.
You must be proficient in Microsoft and Google products.
Please be drug free and have the ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordination with the senior staff regarding scope of inspections; travel to designated project sites; coordinate with appropriate on-site parties; review as-built construction; document conditions including digital photographs; compose summary reports of observations.
The ideal candidate will be able to oversee a construction project from conception to completion.
Successful applicants will have the ability to clearly communicate and work well with people of all backgrounds, as well as having a clear understanding of work product expectations.
