Mercer Builders is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our firm. You'll work closely with our team to ensure top-quality craftsmanship in both new construction and remodels.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform framing, structural, and general carpentry, as well as finish work.
-Install custom cabinetry, trim, and other high-detail architectural elements.
-Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to meet project timelines.
-Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and safety.
Requirements:
-5+ years of high-end carpentry experience.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
-Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques to prioritize quality, efficiency, and safety.
-Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
