We are hiring someone to replace Erik, our buddy who is moving to Colorado.
Although you could never possibly live up to this mythical mid-level carpenter.

We are a pretty chill crew, we like to joke around while we get it done.
Deck are pretty much the highest ratio of fun to BS which is why we like to build them.
We’re looking for someone who is the right balance of efficient to meticulous and is currently growing there skills to become a lead.
Most of our project are really really nice decks in West Seattle.
The crew are mostly guys that are into music
Who you are:
Obviously, you have a vehicle and drivers license,
You have your own tools (an impact driver and the basic carpentry tools, we supply the larger specialty tools)
You have at least 2yrs experience in the trades (preferably 3-7)
You can work independently or on a team.
You are a quick learner and have a strong work ethic and some skills.
And of course, you should be jazzed about building decks.
