We are a local builder who specializes in residential custom homes and remodels, and we are looking for a dependable carpenter. Daily responsibilities would include the following:
-Reading and interpreting architectural plans and structural drawings
-Working knowledge of other trades including site work, concrete, framing, finish carpentry, interior and exterior finishes, and MEP scopes.
-Planning, organizing, and executing a variety of carpentry related tasks as needed for the project
-Layout for concrete, framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing
-Rough carpentry - shoring, light and structural framing, backing, blocking, shear wall installation, etc.
-Finish carpentry – hanging doors, setting windows, installing cabinets, casings, base trim, wainscots, and crown mouldings.
