Our company is small, residential, design build company. We specialize in residential kitchen/baths, but do ADU'S and additions.
We have a current Opening for carpenter whom may have other skills that can be utilized in other areas besides carpentry.
Such as light drywall, like plumbing, painting, etc if needed.
Requirements:
2 plus recent years of experience in residential remodeling
1] Must have the tools of your trade skills as carpenter.
2] solid, experience and working knowledge of both framing and finish carpentry.
3] Reliable; daily transportation, with valid drivers license.
4] Good communication skills
5] 2 or 3 references
Hourly rate: minimum of:
$30.00 with periodic bonuses based on efficiency and quality of workmanship, doing finish work.
We are unable to offer benefits; after 90 days, we will pay part of medical insurance.
2 Paid holidays after 90 days and after 6 months; vacation days after 6 months.
