Job Title: Carpenter / Handyman
Location: Seattle, WA
Compensation: $30.00–$40.00/hour (DOE) + Medical, Dental, and Vision
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays or OT)

-The Role
We’re looking for a skilled, self-motivated Carpenter/Handyman who thrives working independently. You’ll manage a variety of projects, working directly with clients who expect the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and respect. This position is 90% solo work, so reliability, initiative, and strong communication skills are key.
-What You’ll Do
Perform a wide range of maintenance and light construction work, including:
Dock work (over-water)
Decks and outdoor structures
Power washing, sanding, and painting
Drywall repair, painting and light finishing
Rough carpentry and small builds
Gutter cleaning and minor roofline work
Landscaping touch-ups and site cleanup
Represent EMC professionally with clients and vendors on-site.
Ensure each job is completed with precision, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
-What We’re Looking For
Strong carpentry and general handyman experience (5+ years preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail oriented and proud of your workmanship.
Capable of working independently and managing your own schedule.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Must provide your own hand tools and power tools.
