Small residential construction company seeks carpenter skilled in a broad range of carpentry skills. Company performs major and minor repairs to residential homes, as well as remodel work ranging from single room facelifts to whole house remodels. The ideal candidate is personable and able to represent the company and self positively as well as being competent in framing, drywall finishing, trim work, cabinetry building and installation. Initial compensation will correspond with level and number of skills possessed. Additional compensation will correspond with demonstration of skills including: proficiency in learning, strong communication, leadership and personability.
Other attributes that candidates must posses include:
-Ownership of a reliable vehicle
-Clean driving record
-Basic hand and power tool collection
-Able to lift and carry 60 pounds of material 100 yards 5 times consecutively
-Clean drug test
-No criminal record
