Seeking dependable, dedicated individual with carpentry experience to join a small established residential construction company performing work in Seattle. Must have some experience in basic framing, drywall taping and mudding, milling and installation of interior and exterior trim, cabinetry installation and door and widow installation.
Additional requirements include:
-Physical fitness, accommodating ability to lift 60 pounds and carry bulky materials
-Current valid drivers license
-Dependable vehicle able to safely transport lumber and tools
-Personal tool collection including outfitted tool belt, circular saw and other basic power and hand tools
-Personable, friendly and positive attitude
-Strong organizational and communication skills

Benefits include paid vacation, sick pay and option of health insurance. Starting pay is $30/hour with increase after 2 weeks depending on demonstrated value and skillset. Upper range of $40 to $50/hour.
