CARPET LAYER / HANDYMAN who can work without supervision to finish the remodeling at my Condo in Kent. The condo is vacant and must get it ready to rent. The only thing left to do is to finish installing vinyl floor and oak trim in the bathroom (approx. 25sq ft). Lay carpet and pad in the bedroom, dining room and living room (approx. 550 sq feet).
A roll of carpet needs to be brought up 2 flights of stairs (Heavy). Either cut in pieces and brought up by one worker or use 2 workers. Also need a new sliding closet door measured and installed. Need someone who can completely do everything needed without supervision. ALL MATERIALS FURNISHED. My budget is $50-$100 per hour. I expect this is one day's work for one worker and $100 - $200 per hour for two workers. There will be approx. 500 sq. feet of extra carpet and pad left over that you can sell. Retail price for 500 sq. feet of leftover carpet and pad is over $600.
