DUTIES
Service, maintain, and repair packaged and split system heat pumps
Service, maintain, and repair ductless split-system heat pumps and AC units
Service and repair VAV and VRF/VRV systems
Control wiring
Refrigeration piping
Condensate piping
System start-ups
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience
Current valid 06A Electrical License
EPA Certification and Seattle Refrigeration Mechanic License
HVAC controls experience
Ability to lift 70 lbs
Computer and smartphone literate
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
ADDITIONAL LICENSES / SKILLS (A PLUS)
Mitsubishi City-Multi, LG, and Daikin VRV experience
Control systems experience
OSHA 10
