All phases of Concrete Construction
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of carpentry skills (square, plumb, level, etc.)
Extensive knowledge of power tools
Extensive knowledge of concrete and related building materials
Ability to read and interpret plans, shop drawings and specifications
Ability to tie rebar and familiarity with rebar codes
Ability to operate a laser level
Ability to operate a forklift
Familiarity with Tenths in civil applications
FLATWORK EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY VALUED
General Requirements:
PPE
Standard Personal Tools (Employer provides power tools)
Reliable transportation
Ability to work Monday through Friday
Ability to work overtime, extended work days, and weekends as necessary
Qualifications:
18 years of age
Minimum one year verifiable experience
Ability to pass drug screening
Ability to tolerate work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
Ability to lift, carry 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a variety of physical positions including, but not limited to, sitting, standing, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, walking.
Ability to climb ladders or stairs.
Ability to walk over rough, uneven or slippery surfaces.
